Shipping policy

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship most domestic orders via UPS Ground. Higher-value orders are shipped with a signature required at delivery. Large orders may be shipped by freight truck and require a shipping quote. Once your order has shipped, deliveries in the continental US by UPS Ground will take 2-5 days from our Oregon studio.

When finalizing your order online, please ensure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect it once it has been sent. Cedar & Moss will not be held liable for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Please note that Cedar & Moss also cannot be held liable for packages that are not received but are tracked as "delivered". If a shipment is returned to us, we are happy to reship it for you, however, the customer is responsible for any fees to reship the package(s).

Please inspect packages carefully upon delivery and contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery to report any items lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged during transit. Strict reporting timelines imposed by carriers require notification of any discrepancies during this time. After 5 days from delivery, any items lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged during transit will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders may be placed online and no shipping quote is needed. Canadian orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited with all duties, tariffs, & taxes included. Pre-paid duties, tariffs, & taxes guarantee no surprises at delivery.

We are unable to verify the accuracy of international shipping addresses. When placing an international order, please enter the shipping address carefully. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Cedar & Moss will not be held liable for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Incoterms are CPT (Carriage Paid To). Since customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Third-Party Shipping

Upon approval, third-party freight arrangements are available for a 3% handling fee. Customers are responsible to provide prepaid shipping labels or a bill of lading prior to shipment. We are not able to ship using a private account number. We recommend that you ship your items as trackable and insured. Cedar & Moss will not be responsible for damages or losses that occur to goods after they have been picked up by a third-party carrier.
